The first interview was a little strange. The person I interviewed with was a talker, and I barely got a word in edge-wise but he seemed to be one of the view interviewers I've meet with who actually looked at my website before the meeting. However, he spent most of the interview talking about how great the last employee, who apparently quit, was. Red flat number one. Then he said he thought I had a good chance at being able to do the job, and wanted me to meet with the art directors next week.
When the next week was almost over I contacted him to make sure that I hadn't missed anything and he informed me, in an extremely short email, that the people I was supposed to meet with were 'traveling' and he would be in touch.
Two weeks later the job listing has been taken down, presumably filled. I could care less that they don't want to hire me, but you don't discuss a second meeting unless you are planning on going through with it, even if you don't think you'll hire them in the end.
