Great process. Met with MANY members of the team through several interviews. Thorough, friendly conversational type interivews. All seemed very positive and after meeting with the 7th team member was told I would hear back in a few days. That was the last I ever heard from them. I understand if I was not selected for the role, but to completely cut communication and provide no follow up at all, including ignoring follow emails on my part is not only unprofessional but pretty much goes against their very basic values. I was disappointed to say the least coming off such positive interviews with the team.
