Interview
The interview was an incredibly chill and laid back experience. The questions were easy to understand and respond to. The manager wanted to keep it very lowkey and I even got offered a free pizza while there.
The questions asked were to get to know your personality, lasted about 10 minutes. It felt a lot more like a conversation than an interview, there weren't many questions about skills.
Asked a few questions behavioral and availability questions as well and then asked for some times when I demonstrated each of their four G's, which are grit, gratitude, growth, and generosity.

Interview
The interview process was smooth. I have worked at MOD for over a year and it is a great place filled with awesome people. If you don't have food service experience before applying to MOD, that's okay, the skills are very teachable.
