Interview
I was just asked a few questions and they wanted to know keep about the person I am. I didn’t feel stressed like I did with other jobs where I felt like I had to give them an answer they wanted to hear. The manager I was interviewing with who I have worked with for months, loved hearing me talk and wanted too. I have never heard the words “I want to know more and I enjoy talking to you” like I did in that interview. Then the next morning I got the call and got the job.

Interview
Short and sweet interview, manager was very nice and made it clear that it was an entry level job. Gave me to opportunity to speak about myself and past experiences.
Straightforward - they ask fun and unique questions. Nothing out of the ordinary for an interview process with fast food chain. They are all about giving people chances so it’s tailored to personality questions.
I applied in-person. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at MOD Pizza (Redlands, CA) in May 2023

It was a pretty normal interview just asked a few basic questions about me and where I'm from and what does mod stand for and other few things but other then that it was a normal interview
