Pretty straightforward, manager was nice and asked questions relating to interests and hobbies. (e.g. “tell me about yourself” or “why do you want to work here”) Also, behavioral interview questions (e.g. “how would you respond to a workplace conflict”) Scheduling availability, reliable transportation, etc. Essentially, a screening to assess whether you’re a normal person and if you’d be a good fit for the team.

I applied online and about a couple of hours later, I got an call asking to come in for an interview the next day. Interview was with the GM who was very friendly and kind. Asked me questions about past experience, personal questions and questions related to the job. 2 days after the interview, I called and asked about the status of my application, and they offered me the position.
