Hiring process was very simple, apply online to a variety of stores and heard back from all of them, met with training team 1 week later for interview. interview was very casual in the store and questions were generic and minimally invasive. Talked to manager and captain to get a feel for the company and first impressions were great
The questions asked were to get to know your personality, lasted about 10 minutes. It felt a lot more like a conversation than an interview, there weren't many questions about skills.
Asked a few questions behavioral and availability questions as well and then asked for some times when I demonstrated each of their four G's, which are grit, gratitude, growth, and generosity.

The interview process was smooth. I have worked at MOD for over a year and it is a great place filled with awesome people. If you don't have food service experience before applying to MOD, that's okay, the skills are very teachable.
