The first round was a 30 minute intro chat, the second was a longer 45 minute peer technical interview focused on programming in the language of my choice and logic problem solving questions

There are three rounds of interviews. The first one is a brief conversation with a recruiter, mainly focused on background, interests, and fit for the role. The next two are behavioral interviews that assess how you approach teamwork, problem-solving, and communication in different situations. The final round is a technical interview that tests your analytical and technical skills related to the position. Overall, the entire process is straightforward and conversational rather than overly difficult.
