I applied through employee referral. This was very worst experience with interview process. I got a call from recruiting team and they asked my current salary and expected salary. I asked 30℅ on my current package and they agreed with that and processed my profile. They taken 25 days to conduct 3 rounds of the interview. Finally clearing all the rounds they called and said we don't have much budget so we can't give what your expected. Then I inform them my main consent is location, if you are ok to provide same package what I am getting currently I am ready to join. Then they replied we don't have much budget, we will provide less than what your are getting now. I have few questions 1. If you have budget issue then why you processed my profile and wasted my time and your time as well. 2. How did you expected the candidate will join with the less salary comparing with current package.
