The interview was conducted over the phone with 3 other HR professional (outside of Houston) that held a similar role as the job posting. It was a joke, one did most of the talking, while the other two went about their daily business, I could hear one typing and the another shuffling paper, to say the least it was distracting. This isn't the way to conduct interviews, and how can u find the right fit when not all the people on the phone are engaged. The initial interview with the recruiter was great and professional, but thereafter a joke.
