I applied through a recruiter. I interviewed at MRE Consulting
Interview
I had a total of 4 interviews. Initially with the recruiter, then a business developer, an engineer and finally the hiring manager. Three via phone and the final in person. The most technical interview was the engineer. He referred to things on my resume and dug a little deeper on some of the technical details. The final interview was in person. There was some technical conversation but no literal questions, it was a basic conversation to try and gauge me as a person and what I was trying to achieve.

She asked what my expected starting wage would be, which caught me off guard. She also asked how much I would be willing to travel as a percentage. The rest were all behavioral questions, "Tell me about a time when you did this."
