One hour phone interview then an interview with legal staff, then four hours of assessments and IQ tests, then an interview with legal staff and the CEO. Complete bait and switch. In the interview they wanted a smart, aggressive, collaborative, experienced individual to help with all aspects of the legal office. Got to the final interview and was not hired. Was told that I was too aggressive and not humble enough for the job and this position was for contract reviews only. Oh...and I was asking for too much money. Told them about my salary in the first phone interview and in-person interview and they did not flinch. Had me waste my time and go through hours of assessments, another interview and countless hours of researching the company for them to hire someone with a half of my experience and who asked for less money. The company facade is great and they sell themselves very well. I have a feeling the actual environment is different just based on this experience.
