I applied through an employee referral. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at MTech Systems USA (Atlanta, GA) in Apr 2011

Interview

There was an initial phone interview explaining the role within the company. Then there were two in-person interviews. Both times were with the department manager and Tech Support lead. I had opportunities to explain past problem solving experiences and ask questions about the future of the company. The over all experience was very positive. From the time I had my first phone call to the time I signed the paperwork was about four weeks.
