The interview process for MUD\WTR was led by a recruiting firm and included five rounds, one of which was a project. While it was thorough, everything moved quickly, and nothing felt like an unreasonable ask. Everyone I spoke with was exceptionally kind, thoughtful, and knowledgeable. The CEO and C-suite team, in particular, stood out as well-informed and engaged. Overall, a great experience with a company that clearly values the hiring process.
