Interview
The hiring process was welcoming, quick and efficient. They followed up when they said they would follow up. They were honest and upfront about salary, timing and benefits. There wasn’t a middleman that scheduled, everything was handled by the same person who was professional and friendly. They seem to value experience.

Overall the process was straightforward with two rounds of interviews. Pleasant experience all in all with general questions asked. Nothing too complicated. Last round was more of an informal chat.
Pretty straightforward process. I met two directors, and they were interested in my relevant experience and technical depth around credit risk frameworks.
