The recruiter emailed me for availability to meet with the hiring manager for the following week. I responded with my availabilities the very next day, copying on the Coordinator as well. A whole week goes by, no response. I sent a 2nd email to all again, another 5 days goes by- no response. This is simply rude and unprofessional!! I’ve never experienced this before, perhaps this is the new trend. .. How are you supposed to recruit talent if your initial representation of your company is so unprofessional and uncaring. I get it that recruiting is tough and have to go through a ton of applicants but do you not think that job seekers time is just as important?
