I applied online. I interviewed at MUFG (Tempe, AZ) in Nov 2020
Interview
They asked me to do a first round interview and then another first round for Core Compliance. I got called in for Superday and they were very rude. All I asked was what skills can you learn in this position and the man interviewing me got angry and said I should know things because they're not hiring me to learn anything new. As for Core Compliance, the woman decided she needed coffee and did not bother listening to anything i had to say. The other woman was on the phone and it was clear by her tone she did not want to be here. For the Summer Analyst superday, the man interviewing said I would make a great fit and they would be reaching out with an offer in a few days because I would make a great fit. I therefore declined another internship because of that. However, today they decided to send me an email saying I will not be getting an offer. It's funny since I had relevant experience and a 4.00 while working 3 jobs and clubs. They are honestly a waste of time to even interview with. It's obvious they really don't care if you're hard working. They only care if you can answer a few behavioral questions that have nothing to do with the position. I was asked how I foster inclusivity in the work place and as a college student I don't think we really have that experience yet. Overall they were very rude.
