Interview
it was overall a good interview. They asked me a series of competency questions and also a few technical questions. They also threw in brain teasers. they were very nice through the interview process and made people feel comfortable
Started off with a phone call with HR to discuss the position overview and personal qualifications for the role. Very general and brief.
Second round consisted of meeting with the hiring manager. Went deeper into the position and the daily responsibilities, also wanted to make sure I fully comprehended what the role entails and that I was an adequate candidate.
Third round was with 2 current employees that I would be working with on a day-to-day basis. Very casual, not much on the technical side. Basically wanted to see if I am someone who has a good personality and that I am someone they'd be able to work with everyday.
