Interview
Initial phone screen with recruiter, then with hiring manager. Basic questions, nothing difficult. Hiring manager says recruiter will be in touch. No word from recruiter. Followed up with recruiter after a week and again, no response. If it's a "No", then just say so, but to completely ghost someone is rude and unprofessional - especially when a candidate is actively following up. "Thanks for your interest, but we will not be proceeding with your application" - how's that? Just copy and paste into email and send. I just did your job for you.
Good interview process in my eyes. Everyone was very friendly and the questions were simple. Tell me about youself, experience as a PM, how do you handle challenges, tell me about a time you had a difficult team member etc
