The interviews were conducted in two rounds. It was clear that the interviewers were between meetings and not conducting them as part of a super day event. The process was positive, but appeared to be highly dependent on the schedule of the interviewer.
The interview process was conducted online but took place on campus. It went smoothly, with most of the questions focused on my resume and past experiences. The process spanned two days, and while I felt confident throughout, I didn’t receive an offer letter in the end.
first round was a general interview on campus that was fully behavioral with resume review. final round online with specific team that was a bit more technical, but still mostly not.
Very smooth. Interviewers were very friendly. More fit questions than technical questions. Applied for a transaction banking role. One round with HR, one round with the VPs (managers) and one round with the head of department.
