The worst interview experience. First stage; zoom call, second case study, then another zoom interview and final hr call. I was applying through the agent. All questions were competency based, and the case study was testing how would you respond to their lack of established Framework. I was getting positive feedback at all stages. They were supposed to present me with an offer after the last call. According to the agent they had problems with reaching final approver. The issues were extending over weeks until they finally ghosted completely me and the agent without any feedback what was going on…….
