Interview
1st round interview with the EMEA Head of the team and a VP, was told there was only 1 round interview and the result will be shared in a few weeks. A week later, I received an email from HR saying I passed the initial interview and would be placed on the 2nd interview. But she doesn't know who the interviewer will be and asked for my availability in the following week. I gave my availability and 2 weeks have gone and nothing happened. Sent a chasing email to ask if everything was alright, but got no replies. Read similar experiences in other posts, very unprofessional, do not recommend.
My friend and I interviewed for two different positions, but have exactly the same experience.
Very informal and frustrating communication process.
Interviewers introduced great opportunities to try different things. (Truth is team is unstructured and all people have to work on different tasks everyday)
Entire team and hiring managers don’t feel valued at work and are miserable.
Typical Japanese working values that run through the entire company. Management tries to keep people around by destroying their confidence.
Avoid this company!!!
