Casual and laid back, some general questions, nothing very technical. However not sure if it because I am also currently working under the in-house environment. If you come from a private practice background, you may face more technical questions.

Interview
Three rounds of interview with team members of different seniority (VP and Director) conducted over video call.
There is also a final round of interview with the HR team. The whole process is transparent and easy to follow.
