Interview
Phone call with an employee who referred me for the position. HR reached out and asked which placement groups I preferred: Corp Advisory and Lev Fin. A week later 2 first round 30 minute interviews with 2-3 people from my selected groups. One week later got a call back for an interview with 2 MD's. HR called the next week to extend offer. Given three days to accept.

Tell me about yourself? What do you know about [indicated placement group]? General questions about markets and such. Why MUFG?
I submitted my application online. Had a first round with two analyst, and a 30 minutes final round with 2 vps and 1 md, the process took about a month. Everything was done online.
scheduled my round 1 with an associate after applying online. very chill 30 min conversation, the questions are quite easy. Seems like they're quite a small team and really supportive.

Interview
The first round interview was purely a behavioral interview with a senior member of the team. Talked through past experiences, why MUFG, and standard questions about teamwork, leadership, and work ethic. It was very conversational throughout and not intense.
