Met with admin manager. Admin team and direct managers. Went fairly quickly and smoothly. Some over zoom. Others in person. Wfh one at per week. Half of bank is in one building the other half across the street

What am I looking to leave? What are my key strengths?
The process was long and drawn out. It took a month and a half to complete interviews with four different team members. Two interviews were rescheduled last minute (literally minutes before they were set to start) and one interviewer was given the completely wrong name and resume, so they were running blind for the first half of the interview because they did not have the proper information. After the final interview, there were three weeks of radio silence, even after reaching out for an update/timeline. I understand the process takes time, but from the beginning of the process, the company did not seem to value the interviewee's time.
