Interview process was done with 3 key personnel. The head of HR, your RO and one of your team members. The main objective of the interview was to find out if you have the skills required and whether you are a good fit to the company.
I applied through a staffing agency. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at MUFG
Interview
1st interview with a chief manager of the designated group and Deputy manager.
They asked me usual questions that Japanese companies tend to ask; why you are leaving current company, what skills can you bring to the company, etc.
2nd is with HR.
