Question 1
How do you think MUFG can continue to grow in the next 5 years and beyond?
Phone call first with the recruiter, then with the hiring manager. Then an in person interview. Good questions. Nice follow-up. Honest assessment. Nice environment. Then the recruiter call me back to make me an offer. It didn't take very long and she didn't want me to wait over the weekend.

Question 1
Walk me through how you would support a business client from an HR perspective.
Fairly straightforward via an agent. Cv submitted, quick to organise. Quick to receive feedback. Enjoyed the meeting & thought the culture was great - demanding but not as much as the very big banks.

Question 1
How to manage people effectively & develop team members
I should've read these reviews ahead of time, but I was completely and rudely ghosted by MUFG. I met with a recruiter, and one of the hiring managers, I thought the interview went well, but I got no response or feedback, I followed up with the recruiter twice in the following weeks and heard absolutely nothing. It's been a month and I've still heard nothing and it's showing "under consideration" on their ATS. can't believe they think this is a good candidate experience. I would never apply here again.
Follow up; Just received a rejection call from recruiter over a month (5+ weeks) after my interview, and both of my emails to the recruiter after the fact went ignored.
