Interviews typically start with a recruiter introduction and phone screen. If warranted, the next round will include the manager and sometimes second interview with next level or peers to determine fit

Initial Screening

First Interview

Second Interview
The candidate meets with senior management or key team members for a deeper assessment of technical capabilities and cultural fit.
Overall the process was straightforward with two rounds of interviews. Pleasant experience all in all with general questions asked. Nothing too complicated. Last round was more of an informal chat.
Pretty straightforward process. I met two directors, and they were interested in my relevant experience and technical depth around credit risk frameworks.
