MUFG Senior Associate, Credit Risk interview questions

Went through two interviews, one with the team and one with HR. The whole process took 1 month. Initially they provided an offer, so I waited for the contract to come through. 1 week later they rescinded the offer and provided the role to an internal candidate from another office. I had to call them to chase up when the contract was coming. I have also heard stories that they promise sponsorship to visa holders, but when it came closer to the date they backed out of it. Disappointing outcome of the whole interview process from a reputable company.
