There were two or three rounds - I don't remember exactly. It was either a recruiter, a head recruiter, then a director OR it was a career fair first, then straight to head recruiter then director.
I got the sense that they mostly cared about if I was going to be collaborative and work well with others. I have heard different stories from different people in varied branches of audit, but some interviews are in person at the Tempe office, and some are virtual - I guess it depends on the day of the week since the office works hybrid.

The interviewers mostly just worked their way down the resume and asked for color and clarifications - ha! Very audit-style, in hindsight! But yes, it's in your best interest to be able to talk about each item on your resume to some degree of detail - at least 5 minutes each item.
