MUFG Relationship Manager interview questions

The interview was conducted by two interviewers. Generally, the interview started with a CV review and self-introduction. Then, going deeper into my life plan, and family status, and suddenly asked to speak Japanese although the job vacancy only stated Japanese skills as “an advantage to have”. Overall, a candidate already could get the company’s vibe from the interview - which seems to be too “Japanese”.
