MUFG Vice President Senior Developer interview questions

3 stages meeting 6 people total 4 hours - mostly ex contractors now Directors managing product delivery. Few technical questions, main technical question round by their current contractor. I was told the position open since 6 months and not finding people with right calibre. Personally the interview process is rubbish and felt like time wasted. I have not recd feedback till today.
