      Application

I interviewed at MVP Health Care

      Interview

Started with a phone interview with the hiring manager and then immediately invited onsite for an interview. Onsite interview took about 3 hours spanned across 6 people. The questions were pretty straight forward and easy - mostly focused on my experience and interest in the position. Within hours after I left, I received a follow up saying it was great to meet me and asked for work samples. I provided work samples immediately and then silence. I followed up multiple times and each time was answered with “we will let you know soon, we are still interviewing”. Completely understand that teams need to interview and assess all candidates, but frustrating that I have never gotten an official rejection email especially after following up and taking time off work to interview. Please take note that candidates would love to hear from the hiring manager or HR to close the loop - even if it is an answer we may not be wanting to hear!
