I applied online. I interviewed at MVP Health Care in Oct 2020
Interview
I applied online, I had a phone conversation with the hiring manager first. Then a week later I received an email wanting to move forward so we set up a meeting for a group interview. Each took turns asking questions and they told me they would hope to have a response within 10 days.

I have a riddle for you and I want you to walk me through your process to solve this riddle
I applied through a recruiter. The process took 5 weeks. I interviewed at MVP Health Care (Schenectady, NY)
Interview
Poorly executed. They don’t follow-up and close the loop on the interview so you’re usually left hanging unless you follow-up yourself. I was told I didn’t get the position and came runner-up… however, the recruiter called me about 8 months later about another opportunity and asked why I rescinded my application on the previous position I didn’t get!

Very disorganized Zoom call. It was a panel interview and 2 people didn't bother to keep their cameras on. I was promised a status within 2 weeks and I am still waiting months later.
