I never write reviews but this was by far the worst interview experience I have ever had in my 5 years of work experiences. This company is far from professional and how they treat their candidates. I had 4 total rounds. 1) phone interview 2) technical 3) technical 4) final round 3.5 hours. The first technical interview was scheduled for 30 mins but during the interview he wanted to push it to an hour to test me more which is also not cognizant of my time. For the final round it was completely overkill, you prepare a presentation (this took me 48 hours because I wanted the job) and then you do a technical round with 3 engineers (overkill). I got ghosted for 2 weeks! TWO WHOLE WEEKS! Mind you I am financially not in a good spot and any offer could change my life. Then I had to find out through linkedIn that my recruiter no longer worked there anymore. I then got rejected because "the company had some internal changes in the direction they are going." How unproffessional of my time and effort. On top of that I asked for a different role and they never reached out to me about that. I tried very hard, I passed every technical round, my experience was relevant to their experience. I have had experience in 3 defense companies. Given that it's a start-up I had good experience. To have gone through every 4 rounds spending HOURS on it to only get ghosted. ZERO respect. Again I never write reviews but this was SO BAD. I wish no ill will but please do better. I know plenty of start-ups that do better than this.
