I applied through a recruiter. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Macmillan Learning
Interview
I was contacted by a recruiter and very excited about the opportunity. The first interview was with a senior level manager because they had not hired the direct report for this position yet. She was almost 15 minutes late to the virtual interview. The next steps were a “project”, demo and panel interview. Be prepared to invest some of your personal time preparing as all you get is access to a course on their platform. After my panel interview, I decided this wasn’t a good fit for me so I declined moving forward. Quite frankly I didn’t want to invest more time and was not impressed with the opinions shared here. The project was building out a 90 day plan - it was never even discussed. So whoever does get the job will have a high quality roadmap to start.
