Do not waste your time if you are a POC and a woman. I completed the phone screening and was told by the Recruiter that she would like to schedule an interview that would be through Zoom with the other Recruiter that is on her team. I provided her the dates and times I was available. I emailed her a couple days later asking if a date and time had been confirmed and never received a reply from the Recruiter.

The interview process was quick and awkward. The first round was a phone interview. I enjoyed the first-round. The recruiter seemed impressed with my expertise, how well I sounded over the phone, and super excited to move me to the next round of interviews. Then assigned a temp recruiter to meet with me via webinar. The individual finally met me via video webinar and seemed shocked. Surprise! I am a Minority woman of color. Although I had great compliments from the other recruiter of me being talented, skilled, and experienced, the supposedly 30-minute call only lasted 10 minutes. Needless to say, I never got feedback, and was ghosted. I later learned there are no WOC on their team, and that explained everything for me.
