I interviewed at MacroGenics (Rockville, MD) in Dec 2022
Interview
The interview was lengthy, I had to take time off of work for the interview and final feedback was I did not have the experience they were looking for in drug development. My resume is clear in my experiences and I never claimed to have experience other than academic as Biotech drug development is my MS. The interview was a waste of my time as ultimately they would be able to gauge my level of experience in my resume (if they took the time to review)
I had a few short calls with a recruiter who put me in touch with the hiring manager at MacroGenics. Their hiring manager was bright, knowledgeable, and very engaging. This was about a one hour call. The next step was an on site interview with several hiring managers and was scheduled from around noon to 5.
