Laid back, no pressure. Asked some but not many practical questions. Focused more on my personality than on technical detailed knowledge of the job function as personality is considered a big factor when hiring for the close-knit group. Data Management group manager is a very delightful person, funny and likable while extremely knowledgeable about his function (unlike my previous manager) so it is now a pleasure to work with him. But everyone else I met during the interview were nice too. Another thing I liked was how humble people seemed. Basically I connected with some of my interviewees right away and turned out that feeling was mutual and I eventually chose to go with the offer from this nice company which I will never regret.
