Interview
I interviewed with Macy's in September. The first round was a meeting with a recruiter, and the follow up would have been with the hiring manager. The recruiter focused on preconceived notions regarding my prior experience that she thought would impact my ability to do the job and did not once ask me what I could bring to the table. Overall, dismal interview on Macy's part. She also lost focus multiple times in the interview and didn't allow me to ask questions of my own. I probably won't ever apply here again.
