Macy's Barista interview questions

Positive interview experience. Applied online and got a reply within couple days for an invitation for an interview. Interview was a basic behavioral interview and also a situational interview. I was asked basic questions and given situations that would arise in Starbucks atmosphere and asked how I would respond. Overall it was a simple and good experience.

"Describe the interview process" - I didn't even GET an interview. A day before my scheduled time, they called me and told me they "no longer had the available position." So unprofessional. I spent 3 days reviewing history about the company (both companies) and their procedures for this interview. Unbelievable and disappointed.
