Macy's Customer Service and Cleaning Associate interview questions

Due to Covid-19 the interview process was very swift and not as rigorous as it has been for me in the past. After you fill out the application (if chosen) you will be sent an email asking you to log back in (password and username used when you signed up) and you will either have an on-demand video interview or alternative (can't remember) now mind you this is more so giving your responses to the questions using the audio on your computer/lab top not virtually. Depending on your answers and whatever else is required after you've completed all sections you should receive a call and/or email with further instructions. Once again due to Covid-19 restrictions Macy's is conducting phone interviews instead of in-person.
