Macy's Fragrance Counter interview questions

The interviewer was very friendly. The envirnoment was busy, diverse but professional. i would recommend wearing black since that is the attire for sales associates unless you are applying for juniors department. i interviewed w/ one manager. Be confident, friendly, smile, sales experience is a plus but customer service is the key. Macys is a company that prides themselves on outstanding customer service. Know why you want to work at Macy's instead of its competitors, and what can you bring to the team.

I applied online, and received a response within a week. I had an interview with the HR and she was very nice and friendly.
