Macy's Fulfillment interview questions

I was telephone interviewed and it lasted about 15 minutes. The interviewer was a temp and was reading off a screen that had a number of computer glitches. The questions were very basic on positive and potential negative traits.The questions were very basic on positive and potential negative traits. It felt like she had a quota of people she needed to screen so it was very rushed. They also didn’t ever come out and state what actual job that they were trying to fill.

HR sent me an email to scheduled the interview. Interview was with the department manager. He described the job and give me the option to choose between 2 positions available. Hired me on the spot. HR start with the background check process. Have to call to the HR office asking about the job was offered to me (manager forgot to call me) manager call me right away. Easy interview
