I applied online. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Macy's (Irvine, CA) in Oct 2012
Interview
My interview went good because I had previously worked at the store 11 years ago prior to turning into a Macy's store (previously robinsons may). They just asked me the normal usual interview questions such as: Why do you want to work here? What would you do if you saw an associate steal? Can you work weekends and holidays? Describe a time you had to lead or manage a team?
Due to the fact I worked at the store 11 years ago, they hired me based on the fact that I knew where everything was already. They wouldn't have to train me too much because of that. Overall, the lady that interviewed me at the store in Irvine Spectrum, Orange County was friendly and hired me right on the spot!
