I applied online. The process took 1+ week. I interviewed at Macy's in Jun 2016
Interview
Arrived 10 minutes early. Sat and waited 25 minutes past my interview time before the manager who was to do the interviewing could be found. He apologized once and noted repeatedly he disliked the interview process. He repeatedly stated he did not like any questions he had to ask and how irrelevant they were for the job I was being interviewed for. Overall, the interview was extremely fast and he was dressed more casually than I would have expected.
