The interviewer simply asked about my work background. The interviewer acknowledged that the hours specified in the job ad were different to what was being offer and whether if I was still interested. The nature of the job, pay and hours were discussed. The interviewer then offered me the position on the spot. I finished by discussing orientation, background and drug screening details. It was one of the simplest interview I have participated in.
