I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Macy's (Willow Grove, PA)
Interview
I put in an application online and I got a email within a week. In total I had 4 interviews at Macy's with different people. First one was a interview to knock out people who they might not like. Second is with the store manager. Third is the brand representative and the counter manager, and the last one was with the big regional manager. All this happened within 2 weeks so it didn't waste too much of my time. All this is to make sure both Macy's and the brand both like the candidate.
Try to be bubbley, happy, and excited. Be real and yourself because they want to see your energy and how it'll show on the sales floor.

Very unorganized interview process, by the time they got back to me I already accepted another offer. I don’t even think they knew I was suppose to have an interview that day. Confusion from start to finish
