The only option to apply was online. The interviews were pretty brief and most of the questions were situational and wanted to know more about your customer service skills. While I was applying to be a barista in a Starbucks inside of a Macy's location, I was still required to be trained as a Macy's employee, where magic making was the primary concern and priority.

Horrible company . I used to work there and they still denied me . Horrible company in general. The managers look down on you and they they are better than everyone walking around with purses while we use plastic bags to carry our stuff

This was my first interview and it went alright. A lot of the questions were focused on customers, making customers connections and how to handle problems. Also how to handle a disagreement with coworkers, etc.
