Interview
I applied online for a temporary holiday position when I just turned 18 years-old. I received a phone interview that was pretty basic. They asked for my work history, skills, if i was okay with standing on my feet for long hours, ect. Be upbeat and positive when answering questions. When they ask when you can start, be honest. They might not give you much notice for when they want you to come in for the in person interview and training.
Easy and quick interview. I stepped into the office of the store, told them I was there for an interview, they were finishing up an interview with another potential candidate, and then moved on to me. The interview lasted about 15 minutes, and then they explained everything to me. I believe I signed the contract after the interview.
