After filling out an application I was called for an interview with the store's HR person. After a brief qualifications review I went to another office to talk with one of the store's several managers. She was very knowledgeable about the company and asked relevant questions re: my experience and how I would handle customers/customer service issues. I was offered the job after about an hour interview. I was told a proposed salary.

The first interview is on the HireVue website. I was asked 6 questions. I recorded my voice responses. Later, I was told I passed the first round via a phone call from a company that conducts the second interview process. I was asked 2 questions. The last interview is in-person.

Virtue first. Then, at the store. Interview questions are not hard but hiring manager/s are sketchy. They posted part time positions but when I got into the interview they said their looking for people wanting full time job. So unprofessional to take my time.
